Major congrats to Georges St.Pierre (Current Welterweight UFC Champ & Team WAT Member) in becoming the latest sports icon to be sponsored by Gatorade.

"I'm proud to be the first MMA athlete to be sponsored by Gatorade, and also proud for the sport - it shows how far it has come. It's really an honor for me to be the company of other such great athletes."

This puts Georges (and MMA) among the ranks of Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, and Muhammad Ali. That is, of course, within the context of selling sports drinks... for now.
